By purchasing photography services from Luminary Photography and Art, LLC. (LP&A), you are agreeing to the following terms of services:
Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations must be made 48-hours in advance of your photo session in order to receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations within the recension time are at the discretion of LP&A.
LP&A cannot be held responsible for weather related conditions or cancellations. If LP&A determines that conditions warrant cancellation, LP&A will work with the client to reschedule.
Location Photography Approval:
It is the client’s responsibility to acquire any approvals necessary for photographing at client selected location. Any cancellations due to lack of approval will be deemed a non-refundable cancellation.
There may be additional fees for location photography outside of the 30 mile travel radius. We encourage you to contact us prior to booking to confirm.
By booking with LP&A, you are agreeing that all persons photographed during your secession have agreed to have their photos taken. LP&A cannot be held liable for photos shared or distributed without their permission. You are wholly giving permission to LP&A to share photos through our online gallery, on our website and via social/print media or in any other manner seen fit by LP&A.
